Accountability - Thursday
What a day! I must have needed the carbs because the total would cause me to have a heart attack any other time...Maybe look away when you see the total. It might help. With the stress I had today (much gnashing of teeth around the office) I definitely needed those like I needed a hole in the head...I'm hoping it doesn't continue until the weekend..I could be in trouble..
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 3 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup and butter buds
7:00 am 15 oz coffee w/splenda packet and dry creamer
8:30 am 3 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup and butter buds (the other half of the whole batch)
9:15 am 12 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
10:00 am 1 oz pepper jack cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
11:00 am 1 medium red apple, 2T sugar free caramel topping and 2 T Reduced Fat peanut butter
11:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:00 pm 4 oz baked chicken breast, 1/2 cup spaghetti squash cooked, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce with meat (home style) just added garlic salt..
2:00 pm 20 oz herb tea (Celestial Seasons Sugar Cookie) Nice for a change of pace.
3:08 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 medium grapefruit, raw
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
6:00 pm 2 cup2 hamhock and beans with veggies. guesstimate on that stuff.
7:00 pm 2 sugar free cookies and some hot cocoa before bed. I'm done.
Totals for the day (and remember, I said to look away if you have a weak heart...)

Carbs: 186.6
Protein: 129.3
That's what I get for ham hocks and beans..and veggies..Not enough meat and WAY more carbs. But at least they're good carbs. I'm happy with that, I guess.

You probably ate taht many carbs in one meal before GB! It is highfor you but I think if we are vraving good carbs we need them.I did not get to make my casserole; I will make it tomorrow and eat it all weekend! DH is going to drill so it will just be me and my DD. The house keeper came today; love a clean house.It was just a 2 time treat, I had worked extra to have it done right before surgery and one time after. It is now back on me.
0830-protein drink
1130-grilled chicken sandwich from BK with top bun removed
1600-choc chip cookie
1730-crab cake, 2 shrimp, few bites mashed taters and steamed brocoli
2000-100 calorie pack cookies
all my water and such but no exercise except grocery shopping. Went out to dinner with friends from work. I did pretty good. I was too stuffed to try even 1 bite of their desserts. Could of skipped the cookie. I was given a huge box from the dentisits office; they look at their patient list every day and vote on which favorite patient gets a box of cookies. I left the rest at work with some ground coffee from Starbucks;Thanksgiving Blend". I stopped by to say hi and wait for some of the people I was going out with.

That's really nice to give your patients gifts..Thanksgiving blend sounds interesting. I bought DaVinci Pumpkin PIe Spice sugar free syrup..I'm going to be using that alot from now till Christmas. I used alittle raspberry in my pancakes yesterday and it was GOOD...
My mom used to have a housekeeper come in when I was a kid but she'd have me clean like crazy before the house keeper would come...Seems alittle weird to me but I was 8, I think. She had MS but still really liked her house clean.
