Accountability - Sunday

I've been missing in action this weekend. We had a barbeque Saturday and I ate more chips than I should...drank more coffee than I should and probably didn't make the best of choices...I got alot of house cleaning done and did some scrapbooking (48 pages) rather than watch television. But I'm here to submit to accountability for Sunday..no numbers but here's my list:

Breakfast: oatmeal with tvp and apple sauce and sugar free caramel syrup.


2B: half a steak and eggs breakfast with some (a few) hashed browns, wheat toast...


L: 1/4 pastrami quesadilla.

D: buffalo burger patty wrapped in lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, dijonnaise

I only had three containers of water and no dessert yet...I may have some NSA ice cream in a bit.

I discovered Mexican Coffee this weekend:

brew 6 cups of coffee (strong) with 2tsp cinnamon in the grounds

1 cup milk (soy) 
1/3 cup sugar free chocolate syrup
2T Splenda brown blend

This is for 6 servings...Put some whipped cream on top with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top...Now there's a tequilla and kahlua but this is non-alcoholic and it's pretty good stuff.

How did you do this weekend? Monday starts another week and another opportunity to keep on track.

you had a busy and productive weekend! I do not have totals either; I need to get back on that.
0900-100 cal english muffin w/fried egg and 2% cheese
1230-taco meat, 2% cheese, salsa, and lite sourcream
1400-1/2 aunt annies pretzels
1930-chicken brown rice and brocoli
later- kettle corn
not quite enough water, went for a 2 mile walk and shopping at the mall. I see the surgeon in the morning, I am going to ask to go back to work. I have a desk job and it will be 3 weeks on Wednesday. I am still tired but not terribly sore and work is so busy I feel guilty being home watching daytime TV.

Don't try and rush the healing process...You're better off taking it easy and letting them handle the rush for now. When you're up to speed you can work circles around the rest!
