As some of you may have read I joined weigh****chers about 3 weeks ago. I had regained 30 pounds from my lowest after surgery and really wanted to get myself on track before more came on with the holidays.  My first week I lost 3 pounds and another 3.2 my second week. About 3 days ago I noticed I was getting full really fast, then realized I had my pouch back. I havent had that feeling in over a year. WW focuses on high fiber filling foods, like fruits, vegetables and whole grains, I know I was eating way to much slider foods. I know alot of you out there are also struggling with the same problem, I tried the 5 day pouch test a couple times but after eating for almost three years I couldnt do just liquids, this is working for me maybe it can for you.

Awesome! Slider foods are really tempting...You're well on your way back down... over 1/5 the way there! And in just two weeks. .
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Before Surgery: 214
Highest Weight: 240
Now: 125.6
Goal: 130

Congratulations and thank you very much for posting this. I too am in the same boat. I've gained about 30 pounds and I know that I can take it off.  I want to get ontop of it now before 30 becomes 50 and then turns into 100.  I'm going to think about weigh****chers and see if this is something I think I can do. Thank you for your post and good luck on your journey :)

How does ww work after wls?  It wouldn't work for me before - I gained 6 lbs in 2 mos of following the program completely.   I had my RNY in Aug of 2005, and have gained almost 20 lbs back in the last yr & 1/2.  I had some repair work done last JAn and a hysterectomy & have gained 15 of the 20 lbs since then.  I NEVER want to go back to where I started & I would LOVE to lose this 20.  help!
