Yeah! Friday....No money to do anything but still...days off, who can complain? My house needs cleaning and the seasonal decorations need to be brought out and dusted and set up...Time to get all "wound up" for the holidays!

6:00 am Protein Pancakes (1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup carb quick and some pumpkin sf syrup for flavor, 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup) actually made 5 pancakes and ate 3 of them...too fast. Foamies even 3 years out!
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Way, Strawberry Banana
8:15 am the other two Protein Pancakes, not so fast, better that way!

TGIF!!!!!!!! I am sooo ready for a couple days off from work! 2 more hours at work and I'm going to take a warm bath, go to bed and sleep in tomorrow morning.
