Not a bad day, actually...

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup fine granule TVP, 1 cup plain soy milk, 2 T Raspberry SF Syrup
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Pink Lemonade
8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
8:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
9:45 am 1 chicken patty in flour tortilla with ranch dressing
10:45 am 8 whole grain crackers and 1 T Reduced fat Peanut Butter
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Banana Strawberry
12:45 pm small pear
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
2:15 pm 10 extra ounces added to the Morning Spark to water it down
3:00 pm 10 oz Instant Mocha Coffee to warm up. The air is set WAY too low today!
3:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 cup cottage cheese with splenda
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry

6:00 pm 4 oz grilled chicken breast, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 medium flour tortilla, 1/2 cup green beans

Fat: 64.8
Carbs: 140.9
Protein: 140.9

My totals are not too bad..How did you do?

Nothing exciting to report or talk about.. Just wanna be accountable! 

B: Smart Ones ham, egg and chesse mcmuffin

S: Boiled egg

L:  1- 3oz grilled chicken breast topped w/ RF cheese, salsa & FF sour cream .. I was STUFFED! (chicken breast always make me feel sooo full! Maybe I sould eat chicken breast for every meal)?! LOL

S: Apple

D: 3 oz Thin cut t-bone steak & Broccoli n cheese

S: String Cheese & Protein hot chocolate

Yeah, dense protein will do that..especially chicken breast. I finally got it so that I could eat more of it so long as it's moist, not cooked to a brick consistancy...More is more protein so I think that's a good thing.
