Up early to do house work and strip beds and do laundry...I must be out of my mind! LOL.
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/2 serving of low carb/high protein pancakes and sugar free syrup (this was so filling the other day that I figured to split it and use the second part as a snack later!)
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
8:30 am 1/2 serving of low carb/high protein pancakes and sugar free syrup, and a half tablespoon of margarine
9:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wylers Light Cool Raspberry
10:15 am 1 oz cheese stick
10:45 am 10 oz vanilla herb tea with splenda
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
12:00 am 1 cheese burger wrapped in lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and thousand island dressing
12:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated (up too early...caffeine was necessary!)
3:35 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Strawberry Banana
6:00 pm buffalo burger wrapped in lettuce, 1 oz cheddar cheese, dijonnaise 2 tsp.
I figure I'll have Blue Bunny NSA Ice Cream later.

I did pretty good today...So long as I stick to my rule that if I get hungry later, I'll have hot tea...

Today was a good day. I got up early, did my power point slideshow for computer class then went to breakfast with a friend at this little country kitchen
My good eats...

L: Turkey burger, cheese, lettuce and ff mayo on whole wheat sandwitch thin
S: Light yogurt
D: 1/2 a T-Bone steak & 1/2 cup of broccoli n cheese
S: The rest of my steak
That's it for me!

I had a better day carb wise, but as usual there is room for improvement!

1230-tuna salad on a 100 cal english muffin
1430-fiber one muffin
1730-steak and small baked potato and brocoli
2000-inside of pumpkin pie with reddi whip
Most of my water all my vits except calcium and went for a 1 mile walk this morning. I still have 1 drain so it is not real comfy to walk but I am ready to get back into it as I am 2 weeks out today from my hernia repair and TT.

You did great! My protein pancakes can be made with fiber one pancake mix too..I have to try them with preserves. I want TWO serv ings of syrup...darn sweet tooth.
Still, even the carbs you had were good ones. I have to think the carbs are something you need to bring you up to speed. That was MAJOR surgery..
