Accountability - Tuesday
What a lovely day. Too nice to have to be stuck in the office but...I like the getting a paycheck! I did manage to walk alittle in the afternoon but it didn't amount to much. Oh well, housework will have to suffice for exercise today! AS IF! I could do housework...I really could. LOL.
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:45 am 4 protein pancakes (1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup carbquick) 1/4 cup sugar free syrup and butter buds
7:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Pink Lemonade
8:30 am 1 pc sugar free Russell Stovers Candy (from my boss for halloween)
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
11:00 am 4 oz chicken breast, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup lettuce, 1 oz asian salad dressing
11:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
12:30 pm 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Orange Caffeinated
2:20 pm 1 hard boiled egg
2:40 pm 1 pc sugar free Russell Stovers Candy (from my stash)
3:45 pm 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
6:00 pm 4 oz tilapia, 1/4 cup mashed potato, 1/4 cup canned sweet corn
6:30 pm 1/2 cup NSA Ice Cream

Not bad at all. Any day that I can have a nice dessert and admit to it is a good day...I'm still not up to snuff on the water and this time of year when the air is dry, my skin really needs it. There's always room for improvement. Am I right?

Today was a good day. Got up early, made chili, went to class then came home and took a lil cat nap before work at 3. Work has been really busy but that's good because time has gone by really fast.

S: Protein hot chocolate
D: 1 cup of chili w/ a lil shredded cheese
S: Small stalk of celery w/ 1 tbsp of low carb peanut butter
