It helps when it goes by fast but then after a week or a month you stop and think "Where did all that time go?" I mean 20 years of living here and now I'm looking at old pictures wondering how that tree got so darn BIG! LOL. Time marches on.

You did good. I got some Sara Lee Flat Bread rounds that look alittle like english muffins only flatter..Like a really flat hamburger bun, whole wheat. They were good with a burger but even that little bread filled me up so much that I couldn't eat the whole burger. And then I had some diarhea issues. Might not have been the bread, might have been all that beer. LOL.

I'm thinking I'm just ultra sensitive to wheat (mild version of celiac)...but I sure don't want to have to be honestly tested. I'm a chicken.

Your lists are always so inspiring...Keep up the good work. See ya.

My eating is way off since surgery on the 21st; way too many carbs! The meds make me a bit queesy so carbs have helped. I am off everything now except one dose of pain med at night so i can sleep. I had thrush and cold sores after surgery so that did not help the eating.
0800-protein drink
1000-1/2 pretzel at mall
1230-1/2 club sandwich with top bread removed
1400-graham cracker w PB and 1 oz cheddar
1830-sloppy joe over low carb bread
2000-100 calorie chex mix
walked quite a bit at the mall, took my vitamins today and had most of my water. I have been slacking on that but will get back on track tomorrow and will cut back on carbs!

I'm sure glad you're up and around...that's very cool.

Yeah, it really pays to cut your body some slack after a big deal like surgery. You can ease back into the right trail with no problem, I'm sure.

Oh! Cold Sores and Thrush...yuck. I know I have a broken tooth and when I first got it, it tore up my tongue and made it really UN-enjoyable to eat or even talk.

I think that's cool that you're walking already! Awesome. Keep up the good work. See ya.

This list looks awesome! Good carbs with the berries and good protein with the tilapia...I love that fish!

If all you ate was two pieces of halloween candy, that's okay. If it gets to be a problem, have someone hide it or give it away.

Keep up the good work. See ya.
