Accountability - Saturday
I had such a good Saturday. We had a dinner party for some friends we haven't had over in a long time. The next door neighbors had loud music on until late but it was okay and so far away, it didn't keep me from sleeping...but then I had help. LOL.
List for the day:
Pre Dawn: coffee, more coffee - house work.
Pre Breakfast: 24 oz Drink Mix,
Breakfast: coffee, 2 eggs fried over medium, meatloaf, wheat toast without the crust. We ate at Marie Calendars..
Lunch: Hmmm. I guess I forgot lunch. LOL. 24 oz Drink Mix,
Snack: Dos Equis beer with a slice of lime. Then I had another, and then another and then another. I had 3 and a half beers. tortilla chips, salsa, sour cream onion dip with added onions and garlic salt..
Dinner: about a half pound burger before cooking (10 patties made from 4 pounds of meat) 15% lean. 2 slices of tomato, 2 tsp dijonnaise, wrapped in lettuce.
Dessert: 1/2 cup NSA Cookie Dough Blue Bunny Ice cream and a good sized dolup of whipped cream (every one else had a big slice of double/triple chocolate cake)
Late dessert: 24 oz container of water again..
I have NO idea how the calories stacked up but I didn't get enough water and my lips are chapped this morning. I'll be relaxing and drinking a ton of water today. I may or may not keep track of the numbers today. I feel good though.

I had a good Saturday as well. I took my neice and nephew trick or treating then passed out candy. Later I went to the club with my friend.

B: 2 boiled eggs
L: 4 Hot wings & 1/4 cup vegetable fried brown rice
S: Too much halloween candy
D: 4 hot wings & 1/4 cup of potato salad
S: More halloween candy
S: 2 light beers
