Very quiet day around here. No church today, just sat around all day. I made carbquick protein pancakes this morning instead of oatmeal...Then we took a short walk down to the neighbors house as the sun was going down...all in all today was a great way to end the weekend.

List for the day:

Breakfast: protein pancakes with sugar free syrup and butter buds.

Snack: Potato chips, cheese puffs and a tablespoon of sour cream dip

Lunch: 1/4 of a left over pastrami quesadilla

Snack: 2 pc sugar free chocolate candy

Dinner: 1/3 lb burger patty on a flat bread whole wheat roll...really good, guestimate on the numbers.

Dessert: NSA Blue Bunny Ice Cream

Protein: 102.6

Hello Dawn
I had a relaxing Sunday as well. After church, I made dinner than just relaxed all day.

Breakfast:
2 eggs scrambled w/ ham and cheese & 1 slice of light wheat toast

Snack: 
Apple

Lunch: 
2 baked BBQ chicken drumsticks & 1/4 cup of potato salad

Dinner: 
2 beef and cheese enchiladas & 1/4 cup of refried beans

Awesome! Sometimes I think we make this look too easy and looking at your list, it sure looks easy..but then it's just a list and doesn't say anything about the mental work either...
