Accountability - Thursday
Nothing special about today...Got really bad news regarding a co-worker..her husband passed away suddenly at age 54..It made me call home and make sure dh was alright...Life is just too short!

5:30 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce, 1 T sugar free caramel syrup
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, South Beach Living Way, Tropical
8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
10:00 am 1 slice turkey deli meat, 3 oz imitation crab meat with 1 tsp dijonnaise
11:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:15 pm 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup lettuce, 1 cup spinach, 1 oz zesty italian dressing light
1:45 pm 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
6:00 pm 1 cup homemade beef chili with a regular corn muffin...Put the muffin in the bottom of the bowl and pour the chili on top...YUM..My dh makes the BEST chili...

The carbs (other than the muffin) were good carbs. I am happy with the list and the numbers. How about you? A quote in the new OH magazine caught my eye today:
"Now look at the down side of success. Your change-challenge requires giving up the comfort of self-indulgence. And that's not easy."
Am I stuck with keeping my comfort of self-indulgence? Hmmm. Something to ponder.
