The doctor's appointment went well. We talked about my lab results and she suggested having a retest in January. That's pretty okay with me. Most experts recommend testing every 6 months just to stay on top of things. I figured every year this far out is okay but every 6 months is better...We talked about my iron levels and she was really happy with my cholesterol levels..Have to have a bone density scan and a mammo but that's normal when you're old (old=50, apparently).   List for today:
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 2 Tb SF Pumpkin Pie Syrup (yum! Just what I was craving!)  
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, South Beach Living Way, Tropical
9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
10:05 am 1 small raw pear
10:40 am 10 oz decaf coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss and splenda Mocha
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:00 pm 1/4 lb burger wrapped in lettuce with tomato, onion and thousand island dressing
1:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1/3 cup low fat cottage cheese, 1 T SF Strawberry Topping
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated (I really needed this kick in the afternoon! too sleepy)
4:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

6:00 pm 4 oz boneless pork chop, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup canned green beans

6:30 pm 1/2 cup NSA Blue Bunny Ice Cream

Fat: 68.1
Carbs: 129.7
Protein: 143.5

How did you do? I'm happy with my numbers and my list today...That's all that we should ask. If we're happy with what we did today, we should be happy...if we're not..then it's time to make adjustments. Small ones that are doable but DO IT...Love yourself enough to do the right thing..

Just another day.. Nothing exciting to report.

My good eats..

B: 1 whole wheat toasted english muffin w/ spray butter & boiled egg

S: 2 ham and cheese roll up's

L: Smart Ones frozen dinner

S: Carb/Sugar control yogurt

D: Salad.. lettuce, grilled chicken, cheese, lots of raw veggies and lite ranch

S: 2 slices of RF cheese

Wow, i had lots of cheese today. 4 slices and some shredded on my salad. It's all RF and protein!

I think it's time for me to try english muffins again...whole wheat sounds like I might be able to do that.

Isn't that always the case? When you write the list down you can see what you had going for a trend all day...I can see when I'm carbing out but it's usually after the fact. Throughout the day it doesn't seem as apparent but when it's on the final list....yikes.
