Not a bad day. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow so I'm trying my best to be on good behavior so I can tell her how well I'm doing...LOL. Actually, I'm bringing her my lab results so we can discuss some "too high" and "too low" results..

List for the day:

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 2 Tb SF Raspberry Syrup 
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry
8:05 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
8:15 am 1 medium apple with sugar free caramel and sugar free marshmallow fluff
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
10:30 am 10 oz decaf instant coffee with NSA Swiss Miss
11:00 am 4 oz cooked shrimp, 1/2 cup raw spinach, 1/2 cup raw lettuce, 1 oz light zesty italian dressing
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
12:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
1:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
2:00 pm 8 whole grain crackers, 1 T Reduced fat Peanut Butter
2:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

6:00 pm 4 oz chicken thigh broiled, 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1 cup cooked broccoli

Hey Dawn,
Good luck at your doctor's appointment tomorrow.  I had my physical, flu shot, labs and yearly "woman check-up" done Thursday. She increased on of my meds and i have no appetite right now.

B: Ham and Cheese grits & 1 med boiled egg

S: Beef jerky

L: Turkey pattie, cheese, lettuce and ff mayo on a sandwich thin

D: Salad.. lettuce, red onion, NSA manderine oranges, RF feta, grilled chicken & Light Raspberry vinagarette... this salad is sooo good! 

I drink a lot today. I'm usually horrible with my drinking but since my appetite is not good right now, I've drank a lot.

Don't knock getting enough water...it's really good for you, especially if you're getting high protein. You're doing awesome! Even if your numbers would be low, the ratio would be really good...You're the poster child for this stuff, I have to think! 

I had a great check up and a great discussion with my doctor. It always makes me feel better after I've gotten it out of the way. I guess I was nervous cuz my blood pressure was 118 over 70...usually about 85 over 55..LOL.
