Accountability - Monday
How's this for twisted? I can't get to my email from work and I can't for the life of me remember all the stuff I had to eat...But I have the totals! I had steak and broccoli for dinner:
Calories: 1472
Fat: 49.8
Carbs: 124.2
Protein: 139.6
I'll add the details tomorrow...so if you want to know what I ate, that will come tomorrow..I'm such a dork for not remembering to email my list home. I know how hard it is to get on the district website...my web service just isn't compatible with the district...sigh...

6:00 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 1 Tb SF DaVinci Caramel Syrup, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
8:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
9:15 am 1 small pear raw
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
10:40 am 2 oz cooked shrimp and 1 T ****tail sauce
11:15 am 2 oz cooked shrimp and 1 T ****tail sauce
11:30 am 8 whole grain crackers and reduced fat peanut butter
12:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild berry Caffeinated
1:10 pm 1 hard boiled egg
1:45 pm 10 oz decaf with cocoa and splenda
2:40 pm 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese with splenda
3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
6:00 pm 4.5 oz chuck steak and 1/2 cup cooked broccoli.
Hopefully Tuesday night I won't be such a ditz..

Today has been a good day for me except I'm freezing!
My eating went as planned. Here it is..
Early AM: Diet hot chocolate made with 6 oz FF calorie countdown milk
Breakfast: 3 strips of turkey bacon & NSA oatmeal
Snack: SB diet protein cereal bar
Lunch: Smart Ones frozen dinner
Snack: Light yogurt & a handful of baby carrots
Dinner: 3 oz Grilled pork chop & 1/2 cup Broccoli n cheese
Snack: NSA Chocolate pudding cup
That's it for me!
