Accountability - Sunday (From Monday)

I didn't keep track of my numbers yesterday but I'll let you know what I ate:  
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, apple sauce, caramel sugar free syrup (about 6 am)  

2B: 1/3 lb cheese burger wrapped in lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions and some mustard (about 11 am)  

Snack: 2 pieces of sugar free chocolate (about 2 pm)  

Dinner: 1/3 lb cheese burger wrapped in lettuce with dijonnaise (about 6 pm)  

Dessert: 4 sugar free wafer cookies (about 8 pm)   So my carbs were pretty low and my protein was very high.

We'll see how I do Monday. How did you do? 
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

B: 2 boiled eggs w/ hot sauce

S: 3 strips of turkey bacon

L: 2 BBQ chicken legs, small garden salad & 1 peice of garlic bread

S: 100 calorie pack of cookies

D: 1 big slice of thin crust ham and pineapple pizza & 2 hot wings

S: Hot pork rinds

S: Diet hot chocolate
