I got up way too early today. 3:30 is just too darned early! the allergist gave me antibiotics for bronchitis that has me since the flu has subsided but I don't think that is the issue, but I'm sure getting up that early is making me extra tired today. That's why all the caffeine, actually.

8:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 hard boiled egg
9:20 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
10:30 am 3 oz salmon, 8 whole grain crackers
12:45 pm 3 oz chicken thigh leg meat, 1 cup salad greens, 1 oz Asian Dressing
1:00 pm 2 sugar free banana muffins
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:00 pm 1 medium apple
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Cranberry Apple
6:30 pm buffalo burger from Trader Joes, cheddar cheese and dijonnaise sauce
