It's getting close enough to the weekend that I'm getting excited for it. I have absolutely nothing planned so it's wide open. But I feel good so that should count for something.
  5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 1 Tb SF DaVinci Caramel Syrup, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
7:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
8:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Lemonade
9:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 hard boiled egg
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
12:45 pm 3 oz chicken thigh meat on a salad of lettuce with zesty italian dressing, 1 sugar free banana muffin
2:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Peach Tea
3:15 pm 2 sugar free banana muffins
4:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Lipton Peach Tea
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Cranberry Apple

6:00 pm 1/2 a small loaded frozen pizza. We made two of them. Before surgery, I'd have looked at those two small things and wondered what everyone else was gonna eat. LOL. Thin crust and two small pieces..I'm good.

So that's all of it. All my vitamins, all my water and more. No exercise but that's okay..

can you tell me how much the totals are for the day if you have that info? how many grams of protein, carbs etc.

Before the pizza (which dh tossed the boxes and I didn't look before then, they were really small pizzas) I was right around 1000 calories and 90 grams of protein with 88 grams of carbs. Pizza would bump the carbs up about 20 or 30 and with litte or no protein in that I'd say I was about 1400 calories, 120 grams of carbs and MAYBE 100 grams of protein.

I'm trying to be less obsessive about the numbers lately but it's not helping me mentally much. LOL.

I'll try and be better from now on. Sorry.

Hello Dawn.
I didn't get online yesterday. I had stuff to do and study.
Late but here it goes. I didn't eat much, actually.

B: Protein shake

L: Grilled chicken salad w/ light ranch and 1/2 slice of garlic toast  from zaxbys

D: 6" Buffalo chicken sub from subway .. lots of raw veggies and ff ranch

That's it!

Wow...that's just alittle bit of food..you must have been totally swamped.

In any case, a short day with food isn't going to cause too many problems...Just remember, your brain needs fuel too and that is FOOD...Don't try and put your brain on a budget...it doesn't work! LOL.
