Birthday celebration in the office this morning and it was for me (among other people) so I got something especially for me...I count it as a snack! Then out to lunch with my husband and son...still all and all a good day for eating.
  5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 1 Tb SF DaVinci Caramel Syrup, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce (like a caramel apple in my bowl of oatmeal...yum)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, South Beach Living Way Tropical
8:45 am 1/2 breakfast burrito with NO potatoes...yum, perfect. 2 raw grapes (with seeds so I only had two)
9:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
11:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
12:00 pm 1 burger wrapped in lettuce w/tomato, pickle, onion and thousand island on the side
12:50 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
2:15 pm 1 oz cheese stick
3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Orange

6:30 pm 4 oz polish sausage and 1/2 cup mashed potato from fresh.

I'll probably have a dessert of some kind. I'm good for the day.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Hiya Dawn.
I had a pretty good day today. I only went to one class so I could take my daughter, Kristina to her doctors appointment then came to work til 3. Overall, it was a pretty good day.

I had a little more carbs than I usually do but it was a good eating day... Here it is!

B: 1 scrambled egg w/ cheese, turkey sausage pattie, 1 pack of instant grits & 1/2 a slice of toast

S:  Apple

L: Smart Ones ham, egg and cheese egg mcmuffin & Carb/sugar control yogurt

S: Protein hot chocolate

S: Handful of baby carrots

D: 1 cup of chili w/ a lil shredded cheese 

S: EAS RTD Protein shake


That's it for me!

I bet it was the chili cuz that is usually loaded with carbs...they're good carbs but still.
