So today was the Great California Shake Out...Duck and cover, People! What a day! Out to lunch with dh and had a class AND the duck and cover thing...but I got through it and my numbers didn't suffer much. I threw away the pumpkin pie this morning. The dogs really liked it. I was sure they would.
  5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup quick oat meal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 2 Tb SF DaVinci Raspberry Syrup
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Turbo 2Go Lemonade (purchased at the 99 cent store)
8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat, 1 small pear raw
9:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit (yup, I got my shipment, I'm in Grapefruit Heaven!)
11:30 am 4 oz ground beef burger wrapped in lettuce w/tomato, pickles, onions and thousand island dressing
12:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry Flavor
1:45 pm 1 oz Lowrey's Beef Jerky (1/2 serving)
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Orange Caffeinated
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Blue Typhoon

6:30 pm 4 oz pork chop (dh got out pork when he thought it was chicken...two nights in a row..LOL that's fine! He made dinner, who am I to complain?) 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup cream corn

Carbs: 106.0
Protein: 122.4

I hit all my marks..I'm happy with that. And tonight, NO PIE..Maybe I'll have a nice warm cup of chocolate tea for "dessert" instead. That extra 300 calories and all those carbs just don't help my marks.

How did you do? Have you set your marks and are you moving toward them? Keep trying. Keep reaching for those marks..YOU CAN DO IT..

Good evening, Ladies.
I had a pretty good day. Work was slow and my computer class was boring as always.

B: Carb/Sugar control yogart & 3 strips of turkey bacon

S: Small pack of peanuts & 1 oz RF cheddar cheese

L:  1 Cup of Chili w/ shredded rf cheddar  cheese

S: Bryers light yogart w/ 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries mixed in

D: Salad.. red onion, grilled chicken, feta chese, manderine oranges & light raspberry vinagarette dressing.. This is sooo good! 

S:  Diet hot chocolate made w/ 8 oz FF calorie countdown milk.

I didn't do fitday today but i think i did good.

I was sure I answered this one...Hmmm. Seems I'm losing the mental war within this week..LOL.

You did really well. Seeing how well you do with not doing fit day has me thinking maybe I can do that for a while. I might give it a try, especially when I'm busy!
