Accountability - Wednesday
I guess I'm back from the near dead. LOL. It wasn't as bad as that but my boss is STILL out sick and that's three days for her. While I was sick I got so little done! I know that's the point but at least I did rest. I painted my toenails, I made some pins, I made some treats (put candy in boxes)..and watched television and dinked around on line...all in all, I did next to nothing yesterday. Today was definitely DIFFERENT..

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup quick oat meal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 2 Tb SF DaVinci Caramel Syrup
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated (last one till I get my big order!)
11:00 am 10 oz chicken bouillon
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fulfill Lemon
12:45 pm 1/3 pastrami quesadilla, 1/2 T fat free sour cream, 1/2 T mild salsa
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Light Cool Raspberry
2:55 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 reduced sugar chocolate cupcake
3:30 pm 10 oz chicken bouilon
4:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wylers Raspberry
6:15 pm 4 oz pork chops, 1/2 small baked potato, 1/2 T fat free sour cream, 1/2 T salsa, 1/3 canned green beans
6:30 pm 1/6 nsa pumpkin pie, 1 oz whipped cream
You know, I'm having a really hard time keeping my carb number low this week..Maybe I shouldn't have brought home the pumpkin pie!

Fat: 63.3
Carbs: 141.3
Protein: 122.8
Hmmm. The calorie number isn't too high but the carb number is too high..I think I can try harder tomorrow..or the next day..when the pie is gone.

all my water and such. No exercise as it was observation day for my daughters tap class.

I am feeling better but I'm not stopping on the Vitamin C or the Zicam...I surely don't want to have a cold this weekend. The big local air show at the air force base...No time to be sick!
Your list looks really good. Good on the water and the vitamins..you didn't do too bad with the carbs either. This time of year there is candy (the minis) falling out of the wood work! But you limited it to two..that's good. I gave the dogs the nsa pumpkin pie this morning. I'm drawing the line!

I had a good eating day yesterday except my protein was a little low.
Breakfast:
I made some hash with the pork roast. Yummy
1/2 a small white potato cubed small, onions and 1/2 cup cubed pork roast
Snack:
1 oz of RF cheddar cheese & small pack of peanuts
Lunch:
Smart Ones frozen dinner
Snack:
Carb/ sugar control yogart & Few apple slices
Dinner:
3 oz sliced roast pork w/ 2 tbsp. of light BBQ sauce & 1/2 cup steamed cabbage
Snack:
Few apple slices & light yogart

You did good.. We each have our own goals and my goal is probably like yours...shoot for 100 grams of protein, less than that for the carbs and half of that for the fat...for the most part, I can do that..sometimes I make the mark, sometimes I miss..
You hit all those marks, in my book...I'd be happy with those numbers, except like you said, alittle low on protein..Sometimes I stress the calories but not too much.
