Accountability - Tuesday
I was home sick today...Trying to keep from really getting sick. I rested and didn't do hardly anything.
I really did bad on my food today because of carb problems..Here's the damage
B: coffee, oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, sugar free syrup
Snack: 10 oz cup of tea
Snack: 10 oz cup of tea
Snack: 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade
Snack: 1 oz cheese stick
Lunch: 4 oz salmon, 1 cup salad, zesty italian dressing
Snack: 1/6 nsa pumpkin pie and a bit of light whipping cream
Dinner: 5 oz lean ground beef burger wrapped in lettuce with dijonnaise sauce...
Dessert: nyquill...I"m headed to bed now.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1737
Fat; 83.7
Carbs: 122.7
Protein: 129.7
Hmm. I can do better but I'm just so tired! that's when it's the hardest to stay on the right side of this deal. When I'm feeling better, I can handle the call of the carbs. Hopefully, I'll feel better tomorrow.
