Keeping myself totally honest here.  I am ashamed of the sugar, but I am sure I will do it again.  D

Not bad actually...Some people stay under a certain number for grams of sugar. I look for percentages of sugar. If the serving size is 18 grams and the sugar is 10...that's over 50% nearly and I won't eat it. I'll go as high as 25% but that's only occasionally..I go as sugar free as I can and then all the carbs are good carbs..not white. The carbs in an apple are high, probably higher than a slice of bread but I'll do the apple first and skip the bread.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
