Wow...for a Sunday we got an enormous amount of things done. Went to church, went to breakfast then we came home. We cleaned out our neighbor's yard of fire wood (since it's getting cold at night around here it's important to do early as you can!) and then loaded up about 96 cinder blocks from there, a cat tower, all the snow skis and boots..that's for our neighbor, not us...I got alot of work/exercise in today! 

Then I cleaned the house (well, 2/3 of it..all bathrooms and carpets) and washed the dogs..all of them look spotless and are running around like crazy..

I didn't do bad on my eating either! 

B: oatmeal, soy milk, tvp and chocolate sugar free syrup...yum

2B: 4 egg omelet, 1/2 cup cottage cheese and a half piece rye bread toast

Snack: 1/6 of NSA Pumpkin pie with lite whipping cream

D: 4 oz grilled salmon, 1/4 cup instant rice, and 1/4 cup canned beets (I"m stuffed!)

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1465
Fat: 63.8
Carbs: 116.8
Protein: 115.4

I'm happy with that..I got in nearly all my water but probalby not all my vitamins. Tomorrow is monday and I hate that but...you can't stop it from happening..

I worked 12 hour shifts as supervisor this weekend at my second job; glad it is over now! I had an o.k day, could of been better and coul dof been a whole lot worse. The supervisor office is full of cookies and candy.
0800-veggie omellette w bacon
1000-1/2 serving mixed nuts
1200-1/2 hamburger and 1/2 sweet potato
1400-sf jello and 1/2 cookie
1600-other half of burger and sweet potato
1800-other half of cookie and sf jello
2030-3 oz rotis chicken 1/2 low carb bagel and sf ff choc pudding w cool whip
all my water, forgot the vtamons and such and no exercise.I walk around alot as supervisor but it is not aerobic.

Yup, could have been much worse! You did great. And think about how that extra money will help out! Awesome.

I'm trying to walk more. I know it's not aerobic but at least it's more than sitting at my desk...I don't really get much aerobic stuff in. I think I'm afraid of it. Or afraid that it will cause the scale to go up..I know I need more of it but...  I have no excuse to go after that "but".

I'm just bad. You do better than I do every day!

Hello Dawn.  I had a busy weekend but it was good. On Saturday.. My daughter, nieces and nephew had a birthday party for my dog, (my daughters idea.. LOL) Then I put some summer clothes up and got out the long sleeve shirts and jackets then did laundry. Saturday night, my daughter and I stayed home, ordered pizza and watched movies on the couch. Sunday, I wen to church then came home and cooked. That evening, I hung out with a friend.

My eating was not so good on Saturday but OK on Sunday..

Saturday kinda went like this..

B: Special K protein plus cereal sprinkled with blueberries & 8 oz of calorie countdown FF milk
S: 4 mini corndogs dipped in mustard & handful of grapes
L: 1 Hot dog on wheat bun, lil mustard & serving of baked chips
S: 1 small piece of birthday cake & 1/4 cup of chocolate ice cream
D: 1 slice of cheese pizza & 4 hot wings
S:  2 hot wings & shared a bag of popcorn with daughter
S: 3 bites of birthday cake

It was my daughters idea to have corn dogs, hot dogs at my dogs, Minnie's', party and grapes because she loves grapes.

Sunday..

B: Protein shake
S: Boiled egg
L: 2 slices of pork roast and 1/2 cup of potato salad
S: Small piece of birthday cake
D: 2 slices of pork roast, 1/4 cup of pinto beans and 1/2 cup of steamed cabbage
S: NOTHING!

I cooked a big roast so I'll be eating plenty of leftovers

I know it's late but I like to see it all down.. the good, the bad and the ugly!

Back on track today!!

a party for your dog sounds like great fun...I bet my dog would LOVE that! He's already spoiled rotten!

You can put leftover roast in with diced tomatoes, chili spice and beans and make chili...I have chili on the brain lately cuz the weather has turned cold...Everything looks like chili. LOL.

Sounds like an awesome weekend..Nothing ugly about alittle birthday cake..Might make me sleepy (a carb coma) but if it's late enough, I'm suppose to sleep anyway. The only problem is if it's still in my stomach when I do fall deep asleep, it tends to come back up my throat...bad stuff that acid reflux!
