Accountability - Saturday
I'm making an effort to be accountable even before anything happens. We have game night at our friends house tonight. We just got done with our dinner but we're bringing dessert to this deal...So I picked a nsa pumpkin pie...yum. I'll be a bit more than normal, calorie wise but..I'm planning on this..
B: 3 egg omelet with swiss (probably processed cheese)
L: 3 oz chicken breast...not hungry. 1 pc Sugar Free Peanutbutter chocolate candy
D: 5 oz burger patty (lean) wrapped in lettuce, with dijonnaise and tomatoe slices
Dessert: 1/6 NSA Pumpkin Pie and whipped topping.
Totals for the day:
