Accountability - Friday
Much to do this weekend since the last few weekends have been busy out doing things...I know I have to clean, I know i have laundry, I know I have some mending to do...The weather is suppose to be cool and blowing so being outside is going to be bad..So I won't. I'm just so darn glad that it's Friday!
List for the day:
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup quick oat meal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 2 Tb SF DaVinci Caramel Syrup
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, 99 cent store special, Orange flavor
8:15 am 1 hard boiled egg
9:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Wylers Light Cool Raspberry
10:15 am 1 medium nectarine
12:00 pm 1 cup shredded lettuce, 1/2 small tomato, 1 can tuna packed in water, drained, 1 oz zesty italian dressing
12:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Wylers Light Cool Raspberry
1:15 pm 4 whole grain crackers, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Berry Caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
6:30 pm 5 oz broiled chicken breast, 1/2 medium baked potato, 1 oz fat free sour cream
Dessert: 1/4 cup cookie dough NSA Ice Cream, 1/2 serving Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Chocolate cake.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1417
Fat: 38.7
Carbs: 125.4
Protein: 146.0
Now, I may or may not have the dessert...I'm full right now but maybe later I'll feel like eating it. I'm happy with those numbers and my list. I forgot the meat for my salad, initially but had a can of tuna in the overhead at work..that saved me from having to run out to get something...I have NO resolve if I do that...I'd eat the wrong thing for sure..so, tuna saved my day. LOL.

The only 2 things I have planned this weekend is volunteering at a health fair with my church tomorrow morning and then I have to work on a paper that's due Wednesday.
My eating was good.
My good eats..
Early AM: Protein Shake
B: 2 thick slices of leftover ham
S: Apple and 1 oz of RF cheddar cheese
L: Lean Cuisine frozen dinner
S: WW Yogart
D: 1 Cup of Chili w/ shredded cheese
S: Boiled egg
Great totals but this does not include the 2 light beers that I'm getting ready to drink when I go out with my friends!!
I have plenty of SF Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry to drink today and just plain water

So much for good planning...The cupcake and nsa ice cream caused a hypoglycemic reaction and my blood sugar was so low, I was feeling drunk...so I ended up eating crackers and cheese to equal it out so that I could go to sleep..LOL.
You allowed for those light beers...You did great. Don't you love that Hawaiian Punch? Good stuff.

Bee - I just wanted to say thank you for your daily posts. I am just starting to get back on the "RIGHT" track and reading your posts inspires me as to what I should be eating and the amount. I am also going to start posting my meals. YOU just don't realize how much you are helping others even if many people do not post...thanks.
