Another dull day...dragging along till the weekend. I'm sure things will look up by the weekend...I have house cleaning to do and that always "cheers" me up..
 
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup quick oat meal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 2 Tb SF DaVinci Raspberry Syrup
7:00 am  10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
8:00 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Tangerine Caffeinated (with a class this morning, I needed
the caffeine!)
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick,
10:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
11:30 am 1/2 pastrami quesadilla
12:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
1:00 pm 2 chef jay's protein peanut butter chocolate chip cookies
1:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
3:20 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry
3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Peach Tea

6:30 pm 2 cups of beef stew with vegetables.

So that's my whole day, minus a snack before bed...I should have skipped it because now I'm nauseous...

Well, headed for bed...probably. I may have to stay up for some extra time cuz the pouch is really not happy with me. My snack was NSA ICE CREAM AND REDUCED SUGAR CUPCAKE. The cupcake was about 70 calories and the ice cream is 140...I'm up where I need to be but way over on carbs...argh.

I am not as excited for the weekend as i was before; I have agreed to pick up 2 12 hour shifts at my on call job. I will be happy when the check comes and i am bale to do some shopping! DH is probably getting laid off; again. The extra money is helpful.
0800-protein drink with soy milk
1130-crustless quiche
1530-1/2 snadwich on low carb bread and black bean soup
1900-salad,flank steak, potato casserole( few bites and steamed snap peas
2030-sf ff  pudding
2200-felt shakf for some reason so had string cheese and 7 rf wheat thins
Ran 2 miles and walked one all my water and such. I ate part of a cookie during the day too, I just remembered.

Oh that sucks! But then, with Christmas coming up you are to be commended for sacrificing your weekend for later gratification...It's what we do, as moms, I guess..Not that we like it but it's what has to be done.

Thrusday..

Early AM: On the way to school.. EAS RTD protein shake

B: 2 Turkey sausgae patties & 1 pack of instant grits

S:  Beef N Cheese stick .. love these

L:  Turkey burger, cheese, lettuce, ff mayo on a sandwitch thin

S: WW Yogart

D: 2 Thick slices of ham and 1/2 Cup of Greens .. well a lil over 1/2 a cup actually

S: Boiled egg w/ a lil hot sauce


My first time doing fitday in over 2 weeks.. I'm doing pretty darn well if i say so myself! LOL

Wow...I did okay with the estimates from last week too! I figured about mid 1200's and just about 100 for protein..You had this list (or pretty close to it) a couple of times...

Isn't that amazing? Even weeks without doing fitday while on vacation...It feels like habit to eat like that now..Not bad..
