I'm getting closer and closer to being completely on track. I snacked on sugar free cookies last night. Not a bunch but more than I should and not more water..All in all, maybe I haven't messed up too badly. I gained one pound of the two pounds that I lost two weeks ago so that makes me feel sort of ambivalent...Still working on that mind set that one pound up isn't a BAD thing...it really is mental. If I allow for the late night snacking, at least I don't feel like I'm losing control and I still get that sweet treat at the end of the day. I wonder where that need comes from? I also need to thank all you guys for your support. I would be a real basket case if you folks didn't keep me in line!   List for today:
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oat meal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 2 Tb SF DaVinci Chocolate Syrup (this was an awesome way to change the flavor of hot cereal! I may try raspberry tomorrow!)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 1 medium nectarine raw
10:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry
11:30 am 5 oz chicken burrito with salsa
12:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wylers Light Pink Lemonade
2:40 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Cranberry Apple

6:30 pm 5 oz boneless pork chop, 2 oz sweet potato (yam, baked)

I'm finishing that las****er now...No snack tonight..dh has a migraine so I need to finish up other stuff cuz he cant'.

Not too bad..alittle short on calories and I might be alittle hungry..

Good evening, Dawn.
I'm up 2 lbs too but I'm not surprised after all the carbs and beer I had this weekend. I'm back on track!  There is candy at the nurses station but I didn't have any, I'm gonna get me a bag of SF hard candies to have close.

B: 3 strips of turkey bacon & Carb/Sugar control yogurt

S: South beach diet protein cereal bar

L: Grilled chicken breast, cheese, light mayo & lettuce on a sandwich thin

S: Carb/sugar control yogurt & 1/4 cup of peanuts

D: 2 baked chicken legs w/ NSA BBQ sauce & 1/2 cup of steamed cabbage

S: 1 oz of RF cheddar cheese & few slices of thinly sliced ham

I need to drink more water.

Good idea on the sf candies..I have some in my overhead at work for when they bring in donuts or something but since it's the smell that gets me, I usually close the lid on the box and what I don't see can't call to me. LOL..

I need to drink more water. I know I drink alot but when my lips are still dry and parched and my feet look like lizard feet...I know I could use more. It's either that or good fats...whichever.
