Back to the normal world today! I sure messed up this weekend. Didn't eat enough, didn't eat enough protein, didn't drink enough water and forgot all my vitamins. I tried, half heartedly, Sunday to catch myself up but it was my birthday and I decided that I was gonna stomp my foot and be a brat and do nothing I was suppose to and everything I wanted to...dh calls those days Mother's Day...I have 6 or 8 Mother's Days a year, I guess.  
So for today:
 
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 2 oz chicken breast, 1 egg, 1.75 strips of bacon and a small flour tortilla (this was left over breakfast from Sunday morning)
7:00 am 18 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
9:30 am 8 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
10:00 am 1 medium nectarine
11:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
11:30 am 8 whole grain crackers, 1 T Reduced Fat Peanut butter
12:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
1:30 pm 5 oz chicken burrito from dinner Saturday night (chicken, cheese, salsa, tortilla)
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wylers Rasp Lemonade
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Cranberry Apple

6:30 pm 1/3 pound lean ground beef, grilled with cheddar cheese and french dressing (no bun, ate like a steak)

Can't really think about dessert just now. Too stuffed!

Fat: 86.2
Carbs: 62.3
Protein: 112.0

Great...I hit all my marks and got all my vitamins..I am about 24 oz short on water so...I think for dessert, I'll be having chocolate tea...At least that's my plan.

Happy Belated Birthday! One day of missing a few things will not hurt! You are pretty regular when it comes to that stuff. I had a busy day! I had all my pre surgery appointments; I was in Seattle from 0830 until 1300. I have to leave home plenty early to get there so was on the road before 0700. Not a good eating day, missed eating due to appointments. I am up a few  pounds so will need to watch those evil white carbs.
0700-forgot my proetein drink!
1430-cup of chicken florentine soup and a small chicken breast
1900-scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, a slice toast and a banana
Not enough water, missed all my morning vits so only half in. I did zumba for an hour. This was an unusaul day for me. I am back on track so far today!

Wow you had a long day in Seattle...I know about the long day stuff...when i have to go from one meal early to a lunch that's late with nothing in between...that sucks.

Hey Dawn. I ate HORRIBLE this weekend. I had company so we did a lot of eating out and drinking beer!
I got back on track Monday.

Monday..

B: 1/2 cup of corned beef hash, 2 strips of turkey bacon and 1 scrambled egg w/ cheese

S: Small pack of peanuts

L: Grilled Turkey bratworth sausage link & String cheese

S: Power crunch bar

D: 3 oz grilled Tbone steak & 1/4 cup of red beans and rice

S: 1/2 cup of NSA Vanilla ice cream

No panicking...I was amazed that my neice was out doing a triathalon the day after the wedding and reception for her brother. After drinking and dancing all night?"??!? but she said...duh! I was carb loading...beer has lots of carbs. LOl. that kid!  

So go find yourself a triathalon. j/k. Just keep busy, you'll be fine. LOL.
