I don't know if Dawn had plans on posting this or not because of her busy weekend so I'm stepping in a little early. I hope you don't mind, Dawn.
Today was a good day. I had a test then got to work a little early. I had a good eating day but this weekend may not be as good. My best friend is coming in from Charlotte to visit me!

Friday's good eats..

B: 2 medium boiled eggs

S: Carb/sugar control yogart

L: 1/2 a ham & cheese sammy & Campbells veggie soup at hand

S: Celery sticks, raw broccoli & few cucumber slices w/ light ranch

D: Smart Ones frozen dinner

S: Protein hot chocolate

B...bacon egg and cheese from mcdonalds.

L...Kids meal from mcdonalds. Then have the build a bear in them.

D...my ex hubbie took me and my son and his girlfriend out to dinner for mexican food.    It was nice to see him. He moved away about 15 years and have not see the kids. He was about to cry. He misses us. Now that I got the kids grown all own my own. But I did such a good job. I love my kids so much. My son is 23 and my daughter is 18. LOL they took back after me. They are little Amy's. Have a blessed day all. I am going to sit with my little man with cancer today. He lights up my day so much. I love him. 

Thank you God for everything in my life.

I didn't do too bad. I started out good but skipped some meals and skipped some water (much of it) AND skipped my vitamins..sheesh. I didn't do all that great, after all.


I had oatmeal and mixed in my 1/4 cup tvp so there was 22 grams of protein. That was about 6 am.

Lunch should have come about 11 but wasn't until after 1...no food that long, I was really cranky! I had half a protein meal replacement bar but didn't want to chance the gas it gives me..

Then I at lunch late and had a 1/3 pound angus burger from mcdonalds wrapped in lettuce..That was about 2 pm

For dinner about 8 pm they wanted to serve me up salad but I spotted walnuts in there (warned my sister too cuz it would have been really ugly had we had to BOTH be rushed to the hospital..LOL). But I had some prime rib but not much (too well done) and some chicken kiev...no pasta.. I think I had 72 ounces of water and coffee all day long..completely blew off vitamins. a sip of champagne and that was it for the alcohol.

The one good thing I had was that we finally got a photo of all six of us siblings together. In 35 years I think there was ONE photo of the six of us and that was back in the 70's...It was high time for THAT! 

Saturday morning we're headed to my old neighborhood to see what is left of it..and to the school and then home.

I'll be back on track this evening and tomorrow is catch up day..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

salmon patty, few bites broccoli and carrots
80 ounces water

 What is 2 cups of coffee with protein mix?  How do you make that?

Its the unflavored unjury protein mix. I have to wait till the coffee is cooled quite a bit before I add it. I drank 2-3 cups every morning and it equals out to a whole scoop of protein powder.
