Acountability - Thursday

Well, with all I had to do, I lost track of my food list and so...I can't tell you exactly my counts. From memory (which truthfully isn't what it used tobe) I'll give you what I ate


Breakfast: normal. oatmeal, tvp, pb2 (think so...can't recall) soy milk

snack: chef jay brownie

Lunch: 4 oz chicken breast and 1/2 a serving of soy crisps.

snacks: hard boiled egg

I think I had four containers of water...

Dinner: chicken breast grilled sandwich wrapped in lettuce...it was good and very very filling...and probably 3 french fries.

No totals but I think I was at about 1100 calories or so before the chicken breast..

several cups of strong coffee and to bed at 12 midnight..

I'm tired but I'm gonna get even more tired. Not sure what's in store this morning or early today but the wedding is at 5 and then there will be one huge party after that, I'm sure.

How did your Thursday go? Hopefully it works you into the weekend on a high note..

I came late last night to post my menu but started reading post on the main board and forgot all about being accountable here.. shame on me! 

B: Ham & Cheese grits

S: Protein shake

L: Chicken salad.. 1/2 a big chicken breast, ff mayo, NSA sweet relish, boiled egg and onions & 1 pack of 90 calorie special K  whole wheat crackers

S: String cheese & 1/4 cup of almonds

D:  1/2 chicken breast marinated in hot sauce then grilled.. yummy!
 and 1/2 an ear of corn on the cob w/ spray butter

S: NSA chocolate pudding cup

I am not sure I remeber what I ate but I know I had a doughnut. Half in the morning then a 1/4 later then the last 1/4.
0930-eggs w cheese and salsa
1030-1/2 doughnut
1230-chicken and brocoli
1430-cottage cheese and fruit cup
1630-tiny slice cheese pizza
1945-fried egg sandwich on low carb
2130-nsa choc pudding and 100 cal popcorn
Another half doughnut to equel 1 during the day. You know how it is usually not worth it when you eat something like that? This was the best doughnut I have ever had in my life! I did not ask where they came from because I do not want to know! I ran two miles on the treadmill as it was raining and walked a half mile for warm up and cool down. All my water and such!
