I'm not sure of an exact number. I do remember calling to ask them though, because I always have them send me paper copies of my lab values and I was concerned. When I asked all he said was that while it was high, he had no cause for concern in my case. I would have to go back and look to see what the last ones were.
I drink mostly plain water. When I get up in the AM, I fill up a 32oz mug that I start drinking on after takes my vits with skim milk. I have another 32oz mug at work that I fill when I get here. I can usually finish that sometime during the day. If I'm not really busy I can knock out 2 during my work day. I try to get another 32oz in from the time after I get home to before bed. I do have a 16oz cup of coffee every morning. But after that is mostly just plain water.
