Gosh, I never had this problem before surgery! I have too many dresses to choose from for my nephew's wedding. I can't decide! I thought I wanted the filmy black dress but it's an evening/outdoor wedding and it will be about 60 degrees there...I'll freeze to death! So I'm looking at all my 50+ dresses...what the heck! I can't decide.  

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup tvp, 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce,  1 cup plain soy milk, cinnamon, butter buds and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Hawaiian Punch
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat, 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit, Strawberry
9:30 pm 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:15 am 1 small pear
11:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Orange (caffeinated)
12:00 pm 4 oz ground beef patty, 1 slice american cheese, 2 lettuce leaves, 2 slices tomato, 3 slices pickle,  1/2 oz onion, 1 T Thousand Island Dressing, 1/2 oz chili dog sauce (swiped from
dh's chili dog!)
1:10 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
2:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
2:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
3:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Hawaiian Punch
4:00 pm 1 chef jay's cookies (whole pack?)
4:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Hawaiian Punch

6:00 pm 4 oz tilapia, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup canned peas

Fat: 56.9
Carbs: 119.8
Protein: 124.8

Not bad. I have a dress to pick out tonight and bags to pack...

Nice to have choices isn't it? We used to just pick whatever covered up our worst flaws.
0800-greek chicken and salad
1000-high fiber oatmeal
1200-6 inch sub from subway w top bread removed
1330-baked BBQ chips
1630-greek ypfurt and raspberries
1930-eggs over easy 1/2 c hashbrowns and 2 slices of bacon
2030-1/2 dilly bar
An hour of zumba and all my water and such. Three weeks until surgery-yikes!

Of course you are right! I was thinking "poor me, too many choices...too hard to choose." and you cut it right down to where it makes sense...I used to have maybe 10 dresses and skirts for work. had to wash each week because I was forever running out of clothes. Now I can go weeks or a month without washing a load of laundry practically!

Looks like you did pretty good. I'm not going to worry about grazing or too many carbs this weekend because I'll be too busy visiting and having a good old time. and taking pictures.

You did great with your list and the exercise...You have all your ducks in a row for after surgery? People to call if you have problems? I'm sure you do, I'm just checking.

Nothing turned up on the one daughter going to Seattle. Their mom is in advanced care and it doesn't look good for her..Not sure what everyone else is going to do. Since it's dh's ex...I'm staying completely clear of that whole problem, as much as I can.

Clothing options are the biggest perk after increased health with this weight loss!
You should enjoy yourself this weekend and eat comfortably; you know what to avoid so you will not become ill.

I am still working on my ducks in a row for after surgery but it is pretty much covered. A girlfriend is going to stay with me at the hospital and then my sister will be available. My DH is intimidated by anything medical, but he will do his best to help me.

It is probably wise to stay clear of the ex situation. She sounds very ill physically and mentally; not a good combo. I just hope they keep her comfortable, i could never stand to see people in pain. My favorite part of being a nurse was keeping them clean and as comfortable as possible.

The weekend is here! Enjoy yourself this weekend!.

L: Smart Ones frozen dinner

S: 6 baby carrots, Celery sticks, Few raw broccoli florets dipped in 3 tbsp of light ranch

D: 2 Beef and cheese enchiladas & 1/4 cup of refried beans

S: Diet hot  chocolate made w/ 6 oz of calorie countdown FF milk

S: Carb/Sugar control yogart
