Accountability - Tuesday
The week is nearly half over...I have so much to do and so little time. I played on the computer; got in touch with (or kept in touch with) my friends on myspace and facebook; bathed the dog; got my prescription and got my allergy shots! Productive afternoon but it sure was all I could do to keep focused at work. I really want the weekend!
The days eats:
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup tvp, 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce, 1 cup plain soy milk, cinnamon, butter buds and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, South Beach Living Way Tropical flavor
8:00 am 1 small pear
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit
10:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
11:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Hawaiian Punch
11:45 am 3 oz chicken breast stewed, 1/2 serving soy chips (started with 4 oz but couldn't eat it all)
12:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Hawaiian Punch
2:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade Fulfil
4:00 pm 1 pc sugar free peanut butter cup (1/2 serving)
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade Crystal Light
6:30 pm 5 oz chicken breast, broiled, 1/3 cup rice a roni..It took me a while to eat that rice!
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1189
Fat: 31.4
Carbs: 110.5
Protein: 120.5
Not bad at all. Busy so I didn't eat much but got all my protein in; all my water in and not as many carbs as protein...even with low numbers, I did okay. I am alittle thirsty so I may have a nice warm cup of tea before bed...I'm not getting enough exercise..

I have been a member oh this site for a while but not really involved other than random reading and looking at the before and after pictures.
I love your idea of logging in the evening. That is also my weak time. Well, one of my weak times.

EVERYONE is welcome to post...Some wander in when they feel it's needed and some wander out when it's not..I'm not brave at all. I didn't start this idea, actually another woman, some years ago did and I thought it was necessary for me so I keep doing it. Lately, mostly talking to myself and trying to stay encouraged. When I get discouraged, I tend to give up and that's just not good for me. I get mad at whatever and take it out on myself and eat something I know will hurt me.

My hardest time is at night too so I either keep the calorie count low so I can snack some at night. I didn't last night, which is unusual...

B: 1 pack of instant grits & 3 strips of turkey bacon
S: Protein shake
L: Thin cut grilled chicken breast, cheese, lettuce and light ranch on a sandwitch thin
S: Carb/Sugar contril yogart
D: 3 oz Grilled pork chop and 4 long steamed broccoli spears
S: Caramel rice cake
Yesterday was good .. no complaints

You went nearly all day without many carbs at all and then....rice cake..I LOVE those caramel rice cakes. I'm afraid of the sugar now so I'll have to get the plain ones and coat them with sugar free caramel (heheheh, I feel a new recipe coming on!). You did great!
