This week is going to DRAG by! My nephew's wedding at the end of the week and I can hardly wait to see all the relatives! But I live for that anyway. My sister, on the other hand, is stressed beyond belief! Poor thing! I was there last year. I can feel her pain! I bought a brand new pair of shoes so I'm sure, Friday, I'll definitely feel some pain (toes!)  
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup tvp, 2T PB2,  1 cup plain soy milk, butter buds and splenda
7:20 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry by Hawaiian Punch
8:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
9:00 am 2 pc sugar free Russell Stover peanut butter, chocolate candy
9:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry by Hawaiian Punch
10:30 am 1 small pear, raw
11:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry by Hawaiian Punch
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry Tangerine by Power Edge (caffeinated)
1:50 pm 5 oz chicken thigh meat, 13/4 whole wheat pita, 1 T zesty light italian dressing
2:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade by Wyler's Light
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Cranberry Apple, GV from Walmart

6:00 pm 4 oz pork chop, 1/8 cup mashed potatoes, 1/8 cup canned corn

Not a bad day...Could have been better...but it could have been much worse...

Ohhh, I love family weddings. They are so much fun! 
Today was a typical day for me.. work and school. They both went pretty well.

I was allowed to start fitday today but I actually forgot. I might pass out because I've been eating more carbs that I usually do but my weight is still the same.

My good eats...

Early AM: EAS RTD Protein shake

B: Slim Fast Protein bar

S: NSA Jello w/ NSA fruit coctail mixed in

L: Smart Ones frozen dinnner

S:  Carb/sugar control yogart

D: 2 beef and cheese enchiladas & 1/2 a cup of refried beans

S: EAS RTD protein shake

You did really good!

Yeah, weddings are always stressful but I always love to visit with friends and family. My grandmother used to say family usually only got together for weddings and funerals.. Pretty bleak actually. But since a wedding is a much happier occasion, I'll take it. My poor sister though...she's so stressed. I'll be helping her mostly!

Coffee with pumpkin pie creamer

L....Big mack and ff and unsweet tea

d. turkey and swiss on wheat bread. 

S..a peach and some sugar free coconut pie. not a tood idea. sugarfree and still bumped. 

Got in lots of unsweet tea and lot of caffeen sugar free pepsi

Why in the world would we make fun of you? dumping is serious stuff..some people dump on bananas (and I happen to be one of them!) so you make me so jealous because you can eat them. LOL.

You did good. Go slow on the pie, even with sugar free there are sugar alcohols in it and some people are even more sensitive to those than sugar.
