Accountability = Sunday

Church today. I sure love those little old people. We go to the senior class and most of them are over 70 years old. I'm technically too young but I sure love those people. One old man is 97 years old...he's so sweet the way he holds his wife's hand when we sing hymns...

Then my sister called. My favorite Aunt from Montana will be at my nephew's wedding on Friday. I'm SO excited! So excited that I got busy today and FORGOT to eat. I guess I really am a skinny person. I've become a picky eater and too busy to eat...How did that happen? 

List for the day:

Breakfast: 3 egg omelet with ortega chilis and swiss cheese, an ounce of cottage cheese

Lunch: nothing! What happened there? 

Dinner: 1 small chicken breast wrapped in lettuce with 1T mayo and tomato and onion...and a bit of cole slaw.

I even figure I'm having NSA Blue Bunny Ice Cream tonight! Not the stuff with walnuts in it that we mistakenly bought last weekend. We found someone to give that away too...I didn't need the anephactic shock (sp)...LOL.

What the heck happened with this day? I'm not sure but I think I'll sleep it off and be done with it.

How did you do?

I had a good and relaxing weekend. I stayed home and rented some movies, took a few walks with my dog, Minnie, and did some homework.

Sundays eating ( a lot of carbs)

B: 1 biscuit w/ NSA grape jelly, 1 srambled egg with cheese & 3 strips of turkey bacon

S: String cheese, handful of grapes & 1/2 a kiwi

L:  South Beach diet buffalo chicken pIzza

S: Mini bag of popcorn

D:  2 beef and cheese enchiladas & 1/4 cup of spanish rice

S:  1/2 Cup of NSA vanilla ice cream

S: 100 calorie pack of oreos .. so not needed at 2 am

The modem is out on my home computer; they are mailing us a new one. I taught sunday school to 8 five year olds; We were covering Noah so there was some water play, which they enjoyed so much we were still making our rainbow sticks when their parents came. A wedding, how nice. I love to go to weddings.

my husband took my daughter to the county fair while I went to Zumba. I had the whole house to myself. watched the wizard of Oz, read the sunday paper, and ate dinner infront of the TV. I think I got all my water and such in and did an hour of Zumba.
