I was super bad on my eating.

L...mexican food

another L...mcdonalds

D...hot wings about 10 and about 5 bread sticks.

S. 2 whole doughnuts with cream filled. Dumped like hell!!! But thought all my passing out might be from no sugar. Boy did I get in the sugar. I didn't even jump on the scales this morning and I never miss doing that. I just don't want to know and mess up my day. Woo wee.

Okay, so you learned something or you wanted to hurt yourself? I hope you learned and didn't do it to hurt yourself. I'd have to be pretty pissed off to hurt myself with a donut, not that I haven't thought about it..I have, sadly.

I hope you feel better now.

I have been better after the dumping. I have not passed a day.So I am pretty sure it was my sugar. You would have never gussed I was a nurse. I'm not saying I was a good one lol but was one. I worked with kids and babies. I talk the talk but don't walk the walk.

Who does walk the walk? My dad used to say "Do as I say, not as I do!" all the time..

Still, we're human. They operated on our middle and not on our brains. It's a bigger mental journey than a physical one. The physical journey is only 18 month to two years...after that, you have to work on the mental aspects..and some people have a real problem with that..

see ya.
