Happy Friday all! Headed into the weekend and all the minor stuff I had planned seems to be fading into the background. The dress I wanted to wear to my nephew's wedding is too summery. It's gonna be 73 degrees there and when the air pops on and it gets down under 79 here at my desk, I'm grabbing my sweater...I'll freeze to death in that dress! So, out come the winter clothes this weekend so I can find something more appropriate..  
List for the day:   5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am sugar free oatmeal cookie as I was fixing breakfast
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup tvp, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1 cup plain soy milk, butter buds, cinnamon and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade (by Turbo - non-name brand I got from the 99 cents store)
8:30 am 1/4 of a pastrami quesadilla (dh got at lunch on Wednesday) feeling shakey and not sure why!
10:45 am 1 small raw pear
11:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Cool Raspberry
12:30 pm 1/4 of a pastrami quesadilla
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
3:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Apple Cranberry

6:30 pm 5 oz lean ground beef patty, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 T blue cheese dressing

Totals the day:
Calories: 1569
Fat: 73.1
Carbs: 123.2
Protein: 112.4

Not bad. I'm ready for the weekend..

I'm so happy the weekend is here. I need a break! I am working Saturday for a few hours but when I get off, I'm going grocery shopping, go home and make enchiladas then take a long nap after a hot bath.  Tonight is my friends birthday so we are going out to sing karaoke after a Mexican fiesta at her house.

Work was very slow last night so I did a lot of unnecessary snacking..

Early AM: 
Small SF Iced coffee from McDonalds

Breakfast: 
Protein shake

Snack: 
Apple

Snack: 
1/4 Cup of mixed nuts

Lunch: 
Grilled turkey pattie, onions, cheese and ff mayo on a sandwich thin

Snack:
1/2 Cup of SF Jello made with NSA fruit ****tail

Snack: 
Carb/Sugar control yogart

Dinner:
Lean cuisine french bread pizza

Snack: mini banana
