Starting the 5 day pouch test on Monday - Want to join?

I'm starting the 5-day pouch test on Monday (it is easier for me to do it during the week). If anyone wants to start it with me, I could defs use the support. I'm really not looking forward to the first two days.
I'm doing it to sort of hit the "restart" button on my diet. I'm also doing it because my family is coming to visit mid-October and we are a family that loves high end dining. My mother has made a reservation at an incredible restaurant every night of their visit. I'm hoping by getting back on track, I can make better choices when I'm out with them.
Anyhoo - whatever the reason, I'd be happy to have some company on this little experiment!

OK, I take it back. I am starting today. I am going to do it until I have to go and can't cook for myself.
So far, so good. I need to start working on my water, though.

So did you start today or not? Now I am feeling all alone here. One cup of coffee and now working on a large mug of chicken broth for lunch. Yep, its early for lunch but in my head, because I know I am doing this pouch test, I am starving. Normally I am good until 5pm. Here it is 10:30am and not sure I will make it.

I'm starting next Monday (Oct. 5th). I've got the 5DPT Manual and am planning my grocery list. Although I haven't actually done the 5DPT yet, I have made the sausage-pumpkin soup and it is delicious! I plan to make that and the Ham & Cheese Soup this weekend, along with a small roasted turkey breast (for the solid protein days). I already have the protein powder. Whew, I really hope I can do this. I've regained half the weight I lost with WLS 6 years ago. I did fine for 2-3 years until my appetite kicked back in (along with the cravings). After that I started regaining 10-15 lbs per year. It is totally unacceptable. I feel like a failure and I must turn it around. If I don't, I feel certain my co-morbidities will return. I'm hoping to get support here, as well as on the 5DPT website.

I lost 50+ pounds of regained weight with hCG drops.
I'm on Day 3 of the 5DPT and I seem to be doing well. I lost 2 lbs in the first 24 hours but won't get back on the scale until Saturday (Day 6), and I've had no hunger or cravings. I needed to do this now because I have lots going on in the next several weeks/weekends. I'm concerned that I might undo everything I've worked so hard for this week. I've never really been good about sticking to plan when I have company, go out to dinner, or out of town. I have a couple of big challenges coming up - a weekend church retreat in the mountains (meals will be taken in a dining hall prepared by the staff at the retreat center), and a weekend camping trip in 2 weeks (with a bunch of women my age). I'm going to try to pack a lot of my own stuff. I discovered I really like the Chicken of the Sea tuna cups - 1 cup serving is 80 calories, 1g fat and 18g protein. They also come in Salmon Cups so I'm going to take a few of those as well. I just never do well when presented with food I shouldn't have, and I typically cave. That's why I haven't been able to lose this regained weight in the last 4 years. If I slip up in these upcoming weekends, I'm just going to go right back on the 5DPT, and keep going back on it as many times as I have to in order to get this weight off.
Those of you who have finished the 5DPT, how are you doing? Are you finding you are sticking with the Four Rules?
