Accountability - Thursday
Another crazy day. Class at 8 am so I couldn't get my normal snack but I did snack anyway...a piece of jerky here and there and I was good till I got back to my desk at 11:15...problem is, I had so much to catch up on that I couldn't eat then either so I had another snack of cheese and lunch meat (more normal) and too much salt. and a pear (for the carbs!).So I expect to see a spare pound tomorrow morning! All in all not a bad day for eating because I was too busy to eat, really.
5:30 am 10 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oats (and scottish oats combined) 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/4 cup fine granule tvp, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon and splenda and butter buds
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
8:30 am 1 oz beef jerky
9:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
10:45 am 1 oz beef jerky
11:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat, 1 small raw pear
1:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
2:00 pm 4 oz corned beef, 1 cup salad greens, 1 oz zesty italian light
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade 6:30 pm 5 oz lean ground beef patty (before cooking) with blue cheese dressing and about 1/8 cup cooked rice. Just couldn't do the rice today. The beef was too dense.

My son is so excited about his school this year. He may just graduate in June...and for anyone who thought graduating from high school wasn't a big deal, this kid clearly takes the cake...I'll be more than relieved if he just makes it...
How did you do? Good day or bad...we're in it for the long run. Keep moving, keep trying. It's hard but if you aren't even trying, what else is there? Wallowing in self pitty? I don't have time for that and neither do YOU.

Hello ladies. Another good day for me. I went to my computer class, took a test, missed 2 out of 50 then came home and studied for my English test tomorrow.
Work has been very slow today but I'm not complaining. My daughter is going to Myrtle Beach with my parents for the weekend so I'll be all alone! I'm gonna miss her dearly but I sure will enjoy a weekend of JUST ME!!!
Still No fitday and I miss it but I'm keeping my promise. I'm attempting to count in my head just to keep up with protein and it seems that my calories and carbs are a bit higher but my weight is staying the same.
My good eats..
Early: Protein coffee
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg & 3 strips of turkey bacon
On the way to work: Big cup of starbucks coffee
Snack: South Beach diet protein cereal bar
Lunch: 2 baked chicken legs w/ light bbq sauce & steamed broccoli
Snack: 1/4 Cup of mixed nuts
Dinner: 1 cup of speghetti.. more meat than noodles & few cucumber slices w/ ff ranch
Snack: 1/2 cup of Sugar free jello w/ NSA fruit coctail

I discovered Morning Spark early out. They come in several flavors. I absolutely love grapefruit and when I heard they discontinued it, I bought three cases on line...still waiting for the shipment on that..they have Orange and Apple and Cranberry...hated apple. The other flavors were good.
Power Edge is another brand that is made by Sturm foods, that's caffeinated. I found that at Walmart for the longest time. It's hard to find now. I'm thinking I need to buy cases of that on line too. That came in Wild Berry and Tangerine Strawberry. All of them have 180 mg of caffeine in each packet. Sugar free.
I think a good strong cup of coffee is 80 mg so the caffeine in this will really wake you up so I really try and use it sparingly.
Other brands that you can try of the sugar free packets are Wylers and Hawaiian Punch. Try looking for these in Walmart. Hawaiian Punch is usually $1 for 10 packets. I also look around at the 99 cent store because they will sell the stuff that has the packets upside down in the box (who cares about that?) for 0.99 a box. Lipton has the flavor sticks too (packets with a slight tea flavor) in Peach and Honey Lemon that are nice. Raspberry Tea and such..Arizona Ice Tea too. But none of these (Wylers, Hawaiian Punch, Lipton, Arizona Ice Tea) are caffeinated..
