my butt is hurting again...

Oh that stinging feeling from sitting... I hate this I thought i was over this...

I guess it is because i have lost some more weight, but this doesnt feel good..

Oh and dont try to catch the door with ur butt no more neither...   it hits bone... I do that at work all the time... I forget i cant do it, guess it is habit

any suggestions for sitting,,, two pillows and it isnt helping..

I had ****yx pain right after reaching goal.  Got a pain specialist referral, all that.

Long story short, the thing that helped the most was going to a physical therapist to work on proper sitting posture and other strengthening excercises.

I had the same problem!  Go get an x-ray!!  It turns out I had shattered my ****yx bone and needed to have it removed before it perforated my rectum or some such thing down there.  It will be hard to find a surgeon to operate, most won't touch the area because they consider it a dirty area, but if it is a break keep trying to find someone to do it.  If you are in Philly let me know and I will give you the name of a surgeon who will do it .  It is VERY painful.  Use a donut or a special ****yx cushion that you should be able to purchase at one of those medical places that sells crutches, portable toilets, and other similiar items.  Let me know how you make out.
