What a day! I could really use a WHINE cooler! I didn't eat like I normally do but I still got in enough calories and protein. All my water and my vitamins..no real exercise but the night is still young and the laundry needs doing..And tomorrow I do it all again..Until the weekend. I can hardly wait! 

List for the day:

5:30 am 10 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oats (and scottish oats combined) 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/4 cup fine granule tvp, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon and splenda and butter buds
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit SoBe Light and ice
8:00 am 10 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
8:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
12:00 pm 4 oz ground beef burger, 2 lettuce leaves, 2 slices tomato, 1/2 oz onion, 3 slices pickle, 2 T Thousand Island Dressing
1:45 pm 1 medium tangelo
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
5:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry

6:00 pm 5 oz chicken thigh, roasted, 1 cup salad greens with blue cheese dressing

Hey Dawn! Today was a good day for me. I overslept for class so I just stayed in the bed til it was time for work. it was WONDERFUL!

Early AM: Protein shake

Breakfast: Boiled egg

Snack: Banana

Lunch: Grilled chicken breast, cheese, lettuce and ff mayo on a sandwitch thin

Snack: SF jello cup & NSA fruit coctail cup

Dinner: 3.5 oz ribeye steak & Steamed broccoli

Snack: Apple & 2 tbsp of peanut butter
