Getting started on the weekend already. We have two events this weekend. The Greek Festival at the junior college and the Harvest Festival at the local park on the weekend of the 3rd/4th...I think it would be really helpful to other people around here if there was a website that had ALL the local events. I hate seeing "Gee, look what you missed this weekend" articles in the Sunday paper...JMHO.
  5:30 am 10 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oats (and scottish oats combined) 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/4 cup fine granule tvp, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon and splenda and butter buds
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry (most of it)
8:00 am 10 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey  deli meat
10 :30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:15 am 1-1/2 whole wheat pita (medium) 2.5 oz of tuna with zest italian dressing (three halves! I have plans for that third half)
1:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
2:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:15 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
3:45 pm 1/2 whole wheat pita, 2 T reduced fat peanut butter
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade

6:30 pm 4 oz boneless pork chop, 1/8 cup rice pilaf, 1/3 cup canned green beans

Calories: 1528
Fat: 49.8
Carbs: 140.9
Protein: 139.9

I didn't do too bad, all things considered..They were good carbs.

Good evening, Dawn.  Today was super slow at work today but I'm not complaining.

Early AM:  Protein hot chocolate

B: 2 oz of Smoked turkey sausage

S: 2 slices of cheese

L: 2 cheese enchilads, 1/4 cup of refried beans & 1/4 cup of spanish rice

S: NSA chocolate pudding cup

D: 3 oz  hamburger patty, cheese, onions, lettuce and ff mayo on a arnolds sandwitch thin.

S: Bryers light yogart

I tend to eat better and less when I have some stress and I'm busy...When I'm bored is when I eat too much...Luckily this week my counter part is out for three days so I'm trying to keep my head above water and my brain straight...the brain part is the hardest cuz, I"m not too bright in the best of cases, apparently.

You did really good.. I like the list. Keep up the good work. See ya.

We have a really fun Greek Festival the first weekend of October. I used to work every weekend for years and now really try to cram as much fun into a weekend as possible!
0930-scrambled eggs w cheese, bacon, low carb toast
1130-110 cal pack coffe cake
1330-ww chicken enchilada suiza
1540-rf cheese and all bran crackers
1900-halibut and ceasar salad
2100 sf ice cream
all my water and such, ran on treadmill while dd at dance class. I like to be outside so much more but did not venture out alone, maybe next time. walked on waterfront and watched trains after dinner, it was beautiful out. I will watch the carbs a bit better today. I have my meals packed. The morning babysitter has not shown up yet. This is twice and very discouraging to me. I will be late to a meeting.

I absolutely love chicken enchilada suiza by weigh****chers...I have no room in my freezer at all, though..that's about par for the course around here. Maybe later.

Isn't it nice to walk near the water and relax when the weather is so nice?
