12:15 am 1-1/2 whole wheat pita (medium) 2.5 oz of tuna with zest italian dressing (three halves! I have plans for that third half)

We have a really fun Greek Festival the first weekend of October. I used to work every weekend for years and now really try to cram as much fun into a weekend as possible!
0930-scrambled eggs w cheese, bacon, low carb toast

all my water and such, ran on treadmill while dd at dance class. I like to be outside so much more but did not venture out alone, maybe next time. walked on waterfront and watched trains after dinner, it was beautiful out. I will watch the carbs a bit better today. I have my meals packed. The morning babysitter has not shown up yet. This is twice and very discouraging to me. I will be late to a meeting.
