6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oats (and scottish oats combined) 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/4 cup fine granule tvp, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon and splenda and butter buds
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry (most of it)
8:00 am 1 oz Cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
9:00 am the rest of my water.
9:30 am single serving back of kettle corn microwave popcorn
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
1:40 pm 4 oz chicken, 1 slice american cheese, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes from dry and about a half cup cooked carrots..This was so filling!
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
3:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
6:30 pm 5 oz tilapia cooked in garlic and lemon, 2/3 cup of canned green beans

I did alright today. I'm feeling pretty good about this day. I lost 2 pounds over the weekend..I have yet to figure out why..

later before bed I will have some cheese to avoid another incident like last night; waking up shaky and feeling yucky! The spaghetti pie and sf angel food cake are gone now. I might have a preotein hot chocolate instead of the cheese, that sounds good. No exercise, I wanted to go to zumba but did not want to pay the toll and $10 an hour for a sitter. I just finished homework wit DD, I need to be more patient. How can someone you love more than yourself drive you so crazy?

I know about those carbs. Yes, I can spare the calories and Yes, I can spare the carbs but if I don't have enough protein with the carbs...I'm so low on my blood sugar that I could pass out...it's a dangerous situation if I've driven somewhere so ...that's why you see my carb totals so low sometimes. Too scared to chance even the sugar free stuff.
They drive you crazy because you do love them so much. If you didn't care, they couldn't do that to you! My daughter hurt me really deeply. If I didn't love her so much, it wouldn't hurt so bad..

Good evening, Dawn. I didn't' get online once this weekend. I Went to a birthday party, my daughter and I went shopping, did some studying, laundry and a couple long naps.
I took Monday off to do nothing and that's exactly what I did. I stayed in the bed and studied for my computer test.
Monday's good eats..
Breakfast:
1 Eggo whole wheat waffle w/ SF syrup
2 strips of turkey sausage
1 scrambled egg with cheese

Beef jerky

My FAVORITE.. Frog more stew!!!

Snow crab legs, shrimp, small red potatoes, corn on cob, smoked sausage. . YUMMY!

1/2 Cup of FF/NSA Strawberry ice cream
3 strawberries
Good for you taking the day off. It seems to be going around! A couple of the girls are taking days off this week...leaving the rest of us all whining about it too.!
