Accountability - Sunday
Sunday means the weekend is over...sigh..it was a good one, though. Still didn't eat my normal breakfast today so my carb totals are really low...It really makes a difference, I guess.
B: 2 eggs, 3 oz steak, 1/4 cup cottage cheese
L: 4 oz cooked shrimp, 1 sugar free cookie
D: 5 oz lean ground beef with a half ounce of cheddar cheese...1 tablespoon blue cheese, 2 leaves lettuce, 2 slices tomatoes
I had four containers of water. Well, four containers if I finish the one I have here..LOL. Not all that good with water. I did have all my vitamins..I did alot of walking Saturday and we walked a bunch today too.

I need to do laundry and vacuum..I'm too addicted to FarmTown..LOL.
I guess you had a hypoglycemic reaction to the angel food cake? Sometimes that happens to me! Cheese is the best thing for that.
