Accountability-Saturday
I didn't do too good Saturday. Didn't get enough protein. I did get my vitamins, and all my water...and I did a ton of walking.
B: 2 eggs, 3 slices bacon, 1 small slice rice
L: a burger with half the bun..it was at our favorite burger joint up in th mining town that had the festival...they have the most awesome malts (of course I just got pictures of it and the tiniest of sips but that is ALL)
D: left over pastrami quesadilla, a raw pear and a sugar free cookie
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1321
Fat: 76.8
Carbs: 81.4
Protein: 77.6

I know! The weekend was way too short..I'm bored with work and bored with eating...I caught myself grazing today and stopped dead...then did some housework to get away from food..It worked.
