Accountability - Thursday
You ever had one of those days that great from the start for no reason at all whatsoever? Weird but I feel really really good...And I missed breakfast, even. I bet it was the coffee! Caffeine has me totally wired lately...and happy happy too..Not always a bad thing..
7:00 am coffee protein drink. 12 oz can of cappacino and 1 scoop chocolate soy protein powder...yum!
8:00 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
8:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
10:00 am 1/4 pastrami quesadilla
10:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange not caffeinated
12:45 pm 4 oz corned beef (pretty fatty, didn't sit too well) and a few cooked carrots but I'll try some more later
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated (afternoon slump?)
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 8 chunks raw pineapple
3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living
6:30 pm 5 oz boneless pork chop, 1/4 cup mashed potato from dry
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1472
Fat: 71.3
Carbs: 74.5
Protein: 124.5
So? How did you do? I'm off to harvest crops on farmtown..LOL.

OMG, I feel exactly the same day. Today as been a good day. I'm caught up on my homework. I was able to study for computer test on Tuesday and do a lot of reading for my other class. I haven't obessed over fitday today. I've decided that I was gonna stay away like she suggested and not stress myself to be accountable here. If I'm too busy then, I'll just miss a day.

I had a usual day could of done better
0930-fage, raspberries and bran buds
1130-1/4 cup wheat protein past, meat sauce and brocoli
1430-string cheese and rf wheat thins
1800 scrambled eggs w cheese,shredded potatoes
2000-mcdonalds cone
Had a sf cookie earlier as well, all my water and such. No exercise but will get back on track tomorrow. I think I will do the 5 daything on Monday.

It seems like you remember the vitamins and get the water if you don't do the running or zumba...connected?
I can do much better most days. I keep trying. You are doing good! Are you putting on weight and feel like you need the 5 day pouch reset? Are you feeling out of control? I don't see a list loaded with calories, just less protein than normal..

I am a bit overscheduled and of course I forget things for me only! I do keep vits at work and at home. I do need to get a pill box and add it to my purse.
I feel like I am back in my carb mode and that increases cravings for me. I am up a few pounds and have never reached goal, but will keep trying! I would like to drop 10 before my plastics on 10-21-09.

You have to also remember that you're muscles are going to weigh more. It may not be actual weight, maybe...if your clothes fit,especially and your size it right..Maybe the reason you didn't make goal was because of the muscles...you never know.
Don't stress too much over 10 pounds but keep on schedule and don't forget your vitamins...You are going so good. You are going to look FABULOUS after plastics...I wanna see pictures too. Befores and afters. Well, after you're healed cuz I hear the really early befores can be a bit gruesome..

I will take some before pictures. I will have to find a friend to do the afters; my husband is so squeemish! He has said he does not want to see anythin surgery wise until it is all healed up.
I am a size 12/14 and 5'9. I would be happy to drop one size after surgery. I just want to get it over with! I am going to try and up the protein for the next 4 weeks.
