Accountability - Wednesday
All in all not a bad day. Recovered nicely from the sinus headache..working on genealogy and actually finding people. dh says I'm always looking for dead bodies! LOL. But this time I actually found his dad on the 1920 census! Name spelled wrong but it's got to be them! it's close.
5:45 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Grapefruit Pomegranate Drink
9:00 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
9:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:00 am 1 small pear
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
12:00 pm 1 burger patty wrapped in lettuce w/tomato, pickle, onion and thousand island dressing...(Yum! I never get tired of these!)
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Red Fruity
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Splash
6:30 pm 6 oz bass fillet, grilled, 1/3 cup green beans.
I'm ready for a snack before bed and plenty of rest for tomorrow...I feel really good tonight.

Hey ladies. Work is slow, my homework is done and i have a few more minutes so I'll share my menu.
B: 1 pack of instant grits w/ cheese
S: 3 strips of turkey bacon
L: Salad.. cheese, grilled chicken, boiled egg, raw veggies and light ranch
S: 1/2 a kiwi & handful of grapes
D: 2 pork spare ribs w/ light bbq sauce & 1/2 an ear of corn on the cob
S: Bryers light yogurt
I do much worse when work is slow. I get bored really easily! I have to have lots of stuff going all at once or I'm looking to graze in the fridge. sigh...

Busy day as usual! Meetings started at 0700 and I just got back from seeing Miley Cyrus with my 9 year old. My ears are still ringing.
0730-egg casserole and fresh fruit
1000-string cheese
1230-turkey chili and 2 saltines
1500-string cheese and 2 saltines
1600-fresh pear
1800-2 slices thin crust pizza
2230-mini kit kat,string cheese and rf wheat thins
Not enough water, no exercise, and missed my calcium! I am starting a new page tomorrow! We are having a potluck, but I am bring green salad, meat sauce and steamed brocoli. Busy again tomorrow with work and back to school night but plan on a run after work before back to school night. Husband is still away until Friday.

I'm bad about remembering things so I have to be set to forget. I keep vitamins with me in a plastic container because I know I'll forget when I think I'm suppose to take them. The other day when the doctor gave me nasal spray to take morning and night, I knew I'd forget so I have ONE spray next to the bed and one spray in my purse...Invariably I'll leave the house and forget so I have it with me. And then at night, I know I've forgotten and if it's not right there, I have to get up and go find it...nah, I have it right where I know I'll remember that I forgot..if that makes sense..
