biggest loser

Am I the only one or do you cry during like both hours of the biggest loser??? ouchhhh

I can't believe how much of a reality slap it is to listen tot he stories, to feel so humbled and sad at the same time knowing I was in the same place they were with the food, lack of exercise, being super morbidly obese.

To hear stories and exictement when someone says they lost 100lbs or 120, 140, 150 lbs.. It makes me feel so proud that I did just that. It might have been a different weight loss plan, but it was still that.. a weight loss plan that included life changes, lots of exercise, focus on a healthy diet, and everything else that comes along with wls.

If you haven't lately, reflect on your weight loss, small or big and be proud.. Proud that you've accomplished what you have so far. We all deserve that pat on the back!!

I have always been a BL fan.  When it first started I was annoyed because none of the ladies were over 250 and ofcourse at the time I weighed MORE then any of them...well I can't say that anymore nor am I bigger then them.

It's surreal to realize that just a few short years ago I was bigger then they started and now I'm smaller....

You are not alone.  I cry when I hear the stories.  I like most of us remember how that felt.  I thank God everyday for giving me the courage to seek the help I needed.  It is a whole new life.  We are so lucky and can never forget that.

It does bring back memories watching that show, like having a near-death experience trying to walk half a mile. It makes you think "never again." It's good to be reminded sometimes.
