Accountability - Tuesday

The day started out sort of off...2:30 am and I had a sinus headache! So no work for me so that didn't bode well for the schedule. So here it is:

B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, PB2

L: TJ chicken patty, american cheese with a lettuce wrap and thousand island dressing

Snack: sugar free cookie

D: chicken salad at Fire Island grill...at our support group meeting, actually..

other than that, I got in my water and MOST of my vitamins...headache was bad! the allergist (yes, I saw the doctor!) gave me a nasal spray to use...

Totals for the day:

Fat: 64.6
Carbs: 84.2
Protein: 104.6

I'm off to bed with some Tylenol PM...hopefully this headache will go away!

So, I went to my therapist Monday and she requested that I do NO fitday for 2 weeks! Is she crazy or what?? She wants me to do this because I told her that with school, working , homework and my daughter.. I really don't have time do fitday and it's driving me crazy eating without fitday. I'm obsessing about it. She said as long as I keep track of my protein, I'll be fine. If I'm weighing myself once a week, I'll be fine! 

So, I'll be posting without totals.

Early AM: Small Sugar free iced coffee from McDonald's

B:  EAS RTD protein shake & 3 strips of turkey bacon

S: Small bag of apple/grapes bites & light bryers yogurt

L:  Turkey pattie, cheese, grilled onions, light mayo and lettuce on Arnold's sandwich thins

S:  Raw baby carrots & celery sticks w/ 2 tbsp of light ranch

D  1 cup of Shrimp & veggie fried rice. Made with brown rice.  YUMMY

S: EAS RTD Protein shake

100 grams of protein.

Maybe cut back on accountability too? I mean you might be obesessing too much about the whole thing...It's okay to take a week off and see what happens..

I know it was hard to break away when we were on vacation but I did...I didn't put on an ounce either...I bet I eat LESS when I don't keep track...as a matter of fact, I know I do when I'm too busy!
You did wonderful..Keep up the good work and take some time off..
