What a bummer that this week is going by so slow!

List for the day:

5:45 am 10 oz coffee w/Sugar Free Cocoa Mix (homemade)
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oats, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 2T PB2
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
9:15 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
9:45 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
11:00 am 1/4 of a scrambled egg quesadilla
12:00 pm the other part of that scrambled egg quesadilla (1/3 total)
12:30 pm 1 medium nectarine
1:45 pm 1/2 oz roasted sunflower seeds
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
2:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Orange Ocean

6:15 pm 5 oz grilled burger patty, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 T blue cheese dressing, wrapped in lettuce..

Totals:

Calories: 1544
Fat: 81.3
Carbs: 85.8
Protein: 122.7

Not bad. I got in all my vitamins but I was short on water today...I may have a cup of tea for dessert but other than needing water..I'm good.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

0830-egg beater omellette w white cheese,mushrooms,spinach and bacon
1100-tiny square of cornbread and 1/2 nectarine
1300-brocoli, and a tortilla pizza
1700-string cheese and rf wheat thins
1900-baked chicken,baked potato and brocoli
I will have a snack later, maybe another nectarine.
All my water and vits and did an hour of zumba. I am working from home tomorrow.

I do get my burgers wrapped in lettuce at Red Robin, have never tried it at home.

I usually have my burgers like a steak with a knife and fork at home...but last night, I had one wrapped in lettuce...I even have a chicken patty that I'm taking to work today that's gonna be wrapped in lettuce, I think..

I ate all weekend. I am back up to 105. And now I am 3 weeks drug addiction free. I love living. I love my life. I know bad things will come but I still know good things will come too. God is the answer to all I needed. How many of us would send down our only son to die for the world?

That's fabulous! And you got that right about God...seriously.

I'm so happy for you getting Ruby. She looks like such a sweet puppy. Along the same lines, dh's ex wife is in the hospital. She's down to 79 pounds. She keeps forgetting to eat (WTH?) so they have her in medical custody to make sure she eats. She's got alot of really bad mental issues, poor woman!

But I'm so pleased you are doing so well..Is Ruby getting house trained? She got YOU trained yet? LOL.

Hey ladies.
I've been busy and haven't had time to post or do fitday but my eating has been good.

Good eats for Monday..

Early AM: 12 oz coffee w/ half n half & splenda

B: Boiled egg & 3 breakfast sausage links

S: Power crunch bar

L: 1 slice of Plzza hut pizza.. supreme & handful of grapes

S: Raw baby carrots, celery sticks and broccoli dipped in light ranch

D: Grilled chicken breast, cheese, grilled onions and light mayo on Sandwitch thins.
( i finally found "Arnolds Sandwitch Thins". I see them mentioned all the time on different post. They are good and the best part.. only 100 calories

S: Bryers light yogart
